Salt & Sun Policies
Salt Room Etiquette
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to session start time to allow time to check in and get settled.
- Sessions start promptly at scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the salt room.
Opening the door after a session begins disrupts the therapeutic environment and impacts the experience of
other attendees. We will offer next available session.
- No food or drinks are permitted inside the salt room
- Socks are required to enter/exit the salt room. Please wear white or light-colored socks to preserve the
integrity of the salt floor.
- No electronic devices (phones, tablets, smartwatches, etc.) are allowed in the salt room. These can disrupt
the experience for others and may be damaged by salt exposure. We are not responsible for device
damage.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during sessions.
- The salt room is a quiet, communal environment- please be respectful of fellow guests seeking rest and
relaxation
- Do not touch the walls, throw salt or remove salt from the room.
- If you have been diagnosed or are feeling unwell with flu symptoms, a stomach virus, or any other
contagious illness, please postpone your visit.
- Salt Sessions should be avoided during the acute phase of illness, including fever, persistent or deep
cough, severe congestion, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
- If you are undergoing treatment for cancer, heart conditions, or other serious health concerns, please
consult your physician before attending.
- We reserve the right to turn away any guest deemed to be too sick to safely and respectfully participate
in a communal session or session with service provider.
- Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes, scented lotions or strong essential oils.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We appreciate your consideration in honoring the time of our practitioners and fellow guests.
- Communal Salt Sessions require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Private Salt room sessions and services with practitioners (e.g., massage, reflexology, reiki, sound
healing etc.) require 48 - hour notice.
- Cancellations made with less than required notice may incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- NO-Shows will be charged the full session amount. We understand that emergencies happen-please
reach out directly if special circumstances arise.
Retail Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 30 days with original receipt.
- No refunds on opened or used personal care items
- Store credit or exchange may be offered for defective or damaged items.
Gift Cards
- Please treat gift cards like cash- they cannot be replaced if lost or misplaced. The recipient is fully
responsible for the physical or Electronic gift card registry number.
- A physical car or registry number is required to redeem. We are unable to look up or recover gift card
information.
- Gift cards with no expiration date that remain unused for 5 years from the date of issue are considered
abandoned or expired in accordance with state law.
Free Session Vouchers
- Vouchers have no-cash value and must be presented at the time of redemption.
- We cannot replace lost or misplaced vouchers.
- Vouchers may not be combined with other offers.
- All vouchers are subject to restrictions and expiration dates.
- Expired or invalidated promotions will not be honored and cannot be applied as credit or partial
payment.
Event & Workshop Tickets
- All Pre-paid ticketed events and workshops are non-refundable but tickets may be transferred to
another guest with prior notice is given to the shop.
- In the case of weather – related closures or events beyond our control, we will reschedule the event
or offer credit toward a future date- no refunds will be offered.
- Please arrive on time- late arrivals may result in shortened service or missed portions of the event.
Packages
- Packages are designed for individual use only and may not be shared, split or transferred.
- All packages expire 12 months from the purchase date
- Sessions do not roll over beyond the expiration window.
